OUR LEADERS
Bishop William Copeland has duties that include ministering, counseling, and training. Bishop Copeland's qualifications are training and licensure. He has been an ordained Deacon for more than 10 years in St. Lucie County, FL. In 1998, Minister William Copeland received ordination as Pastor of Liberty Truth & Deliverance.
In 2022, Pastor Copeland was affirmed as Bishop of Liberty Truth & Deliverance. Bishop Copeland's strengths are rooted in his passion for doing God's Work. His motto is, "A mind is a terrible thing to waste."
Overseer Barbara Copeland is the founder of Liberty Truth & Deliverance Ministry. She demonstrates the characteristics of a leader and a love that surpasses all understanding. Along with obtaining the call of God, she has received an Associate of Arts, a Bachelor of Science, and a Master's Degree in Theology. She is a Certified Counselor and Chaplain with the St. Lucie County Sheriff's Department. In addition, she previously served as a missionary, minister, evangelist, youth pastor, and ordained pastor. Overseer Copeland is passionate about being a service to others while utilizing faith-based ministries.
In 2022, Overseer Copeland was affirmed as Chief Apostle of Liberty Truth & Deliverance.
